The Walt Disney Company is adding AI-powered contextual advertising tools for brands. Hence, Disney+ and Hulu users will see ads based on the moods of scenes from the movies they are watching.

Disney+ has lost more than 2 million subscribers for its Disney+ streaming service. The company will also lay off 7,000 employees as a move to make its streaming business profitable.
Disney intends to expand Hulu internationally as it works towards building its own streaming service set to launch in 2019. Hulu will be under Disney as part of the $71.3 billion Fox acquisition.
