After releasing Windows 10 Mobile build 10586.71 to Insiders on Monday, the build is now available to those who have opted into the Slow ring, and as a result receive a much more stable build.

A new cumulative update is available for Windows 10 Mobile Insiders with devices enrolled on the Fast ring, bringing a range of improvements and bug fixes, and bumping the build number up to 10586.71.
Alongside its release of a new Windows 10 Insider Preview, Microsoft has also rolled out a new cumulative update for PCs not enrolled on the Insider Program, bumping them up to build 10586.71.
It looks like Microsoft is gearing up to roll out an update for Windows 10 desktop and for Insiders using Windows 10 Mobile tomorrow, providing there aren't any show-stopping bugs that crop up.
