As it's usual for Microsoft, on the week after an Insider preview build is made available, the equivalent version of the SDK is also released. Build 18922 includes no big changes from 18917.

Microsoft announced some minor new changes in Windows 10 Insider Preview build 18922, but more significantly, it has a new and separate Cortana app, which is currently still in beta.
