Microsoft released Windows 10 build 18963 to the Fast ring today with a few new features. It also announced that it is moving Notepad into the Store, which means that it is no longer tied into the OS.

Microsoft today pushed out Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 18963 to the Fast Ring. Alongside a bevy of new features, it also contains a bunch of fixes and, unfortunately, some bugs as well.
Microsoft's finally releasing a Windows 10 Insider build, near the end of the week. The build contains a number of quality of life improvements for Task Manager, Virtual Desktops and Notepad.
