Microsoft has released a new build of Windows Server to Insiders for the first time in months, bringing the build number to 19603. There's no changelog for it just yet, unfortunately.

The latest build of Windows 10 for Insiders has a couple of new features that are currently hidden from users. These include a new overlay for media playback controls and new tips in Settings.
After a week's hiatus, Microsoft has released Windows 10 build 19603 to Insiders in the Fast ring, and in addition to a couple of new features, it includes a handful of fixes and improvements.
It's been a couple of weeks since there's been a new Windows 10 Insider Preview in the Fast ring, but build 19603 is now available. There still isn't much in the way of new features.
