Microsoft may not be an exhibitor at CES 2013 in January but the show's organizers at the CEA predict lots of Windows 8-based hardware will be shown at the Las Vegas electronics trade show.

Gary Shapiro, the head of the Consumer Electronics Association, claims that Microsoft will return to both exhibit and hold a keynote event at the CES trade show sometime in the future.
