CISPE, a European cloud provider association, has denied that it is close to a deal with Microsoft to address an antitrust issue. Sources said yesterday that the two were approaching a deal already.

Microsoft could pay out millions of euros to the European cloud provider association, CISPE, for the latter to drop an antitrust case and not file any complaints against it anywhere else in the world.
Microsoft has reaffirmed its commitment to healthcare interoperability, along with other cloud providers like Amazon, Google, and IBM. This collaboration initially began almost a year ago.
