Microsoft has announced Visual Studio Mobile Center, promising a "mission control for mobile apps", through which you can build, test, distribute and monitor your apps, and add backend cloud services.

At Microsoft's Connect() conference today, the company announced Visual Studio 2017, also offering a release candidate for the IDE, which is available now from VisualStudio.com.
"Microsoft and the Linux Foundation may have had our disagreements in the past,", the Foundation's Jim Zemlin said today, "but one thing we've always agreed on is that developers are super-important."
Microsoft today announced details of its third Connect() developer event, which will be held on November 16 and 17 in New York City. The company promises it will be its best Connect() conference yet.
