Last week, an Alder Lake bug on Linux was found in Intel Turbo Boost Max, related to CPPC. This bug is very similar to a recent Ryzen bug on Windows 11. Patch for the issue has been committed.

A new patch is coming for Intel's Alder Lake CPUs on Linux which should fix a CPPC or core prioritization issue when such a system is in an overclocked state. Legacy PCs however will be left out.
AMD has released its new chipset driver for Ryzen processors with version 3.10.08.506. It fixes the issue on Windows 11 that led to incorrect task scheduling depending on the fastest available cores.
