Apple's Beats is being sued again. Co-founders Jimmy Iovine and Dr. Dre are accused by Monster of "fraudulently acquiring" the headphone line by exploiting a loophole in the 2011 contract with HTC.

A new report from the WSJ is claiming that Apple paid $2.5B for Beats Electronics (the headphone arm) and under $500M for Beats Music (the steaming service) leading to questions about Apple's plan.
A royalty report leaked to music blog Trichordist shows that Beats Music, the streaming service linked to Beats headphones, has just 110,000 subscribers as of March, 49k of those being single-user.
The Wall Street Journal is reporting that Dr. Dre and Jimmy Iovine will take on senior roles at Apple following the $3.2 billion acquisition, which was first reported earlier this week.
