At an event in San Francisco today, Microsoft announced that Windows Mixed Reality head-mounted displays made by Acer, Dell, HP, Lenovo, and Samsung are now available for customers to pre-order.
During its IFA 2017 briefing today, Microsoft said that the Fall Creators Update will be available on October 17, and to coincide with that, so will Windows Mixed Reality headsets.
At Lenovo's press briefing at IFA 2017 today, the company finally announced its Windows Mixed Reality head-mounted display, calling it the Explorer. It goes on sale this October, starting at $349.
