Nvidia released its GeForce driver for Windows this past week and according to many user reports, the driver is bugged causing display flickering. The company has now released a hotfix for it.

Display driver issues are a pretty common occurrence and it looks like Nvidia's latest Windows driver, which is WHQL-signed, is affected. The new driver is apparently causing display flickering.
Nvidia's latest Game Ready drivers, 375.86 WHQL, were supposed to optimize machines for new gaming titles. Instead, the new drivers are significantly decreasing performance and causing flickering.
