giffgaff is changing its 'goodybag' price plans, removing unlimited data from all but the top-tier plan and limiting speeds to 300kbps for those using "more than their fair share" during peak hours.
giffgaff - a carrier famed for offering unlimited data at low cost - has revealed its 4G 'goodybags', but its top-tier 4G package offers just 2GB of data, 500 mins and unlimited texts for £15 a month.
