Google today announced a revamp of Google Feed, renaming it to Discover. The update brings with it a new UI for cards, multi-language support, and availability on mobile web on all browsers.

It was only a couple of weeks ago that Nova Launcher added support for the Google Now pane in its beta version. Now, it has expanded support for the feature to devices running Android Lollipop.
