Intel says its Sierra Forest Xeon processors, which will have up to 144 cores, are scheduled to launch sometime in the first half of 2024. The Granite Rapids Xeon chips will launch "shortly" afterward

Intel CEO Pat Gelsinger stated this week that rumors of the company delaying its 3nm CPUs are false. That includes its Arrow Lake chip designs, which are still set for a late 2024 release.
Intel has detailed its architecture roadmap up until 2025 and beyond. It features a new node naming strategy, a transistor architecture, and packaging enhancements under the IDM 2.0 model.
