A video has emerged on YouTube that shows an alleged 'Microsoft Lumia 650 XL' running Windows RT 8.1 Preinstallation Environment. It was performed by loading the PE onto a micro-SD card.

The Lumia 850 was cancelled by Microsoft and never (officially) saw the light of day, but that hasn't stopped some fans from getting their hands on a working prototype to show us what could have been.
Following the appearance of renders of the Lumia 850 in recent weeks, photographs of the handset in black and gold - one of four color options for the cancelled device - have now been published.
These are the four codenames associated with a bunch of new devices that Microsoft is working on. By the looks of it they're all Lumia handsets, destined to launch alongside Windows 10 Mobile.
