Microsoft is hoping that HP's new $199 Windows 8.1 laptop will be a sales hit this festive season and is now promoting the device - which includes a one-year Office 365 subscription - with new TV ads.
HP's Stream 11 laptop, which costs only $200, is now on sale and it looks like it will include a $25 Windows Store credit as well, in addition to the one free year of Office 365 that comes with it.
