Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer has announced that all attendees at the company's BUILD conference in San Francisco will get a free Acer Iconia W3 tablet, the smallest Windows tablet at just eight-inches.
Pre-orders have now begun for the Acer Iconia W3, the first 8-inch Windows 8 tablet, at Amazon and Staples.com, with shipments scheduled to begin later this week.
