Instapaper today announced that, as a result of becoming an independent company again, it will have to start charging for premium features on it service. It's also coming back to European countries.

In a rather interesting move, article bookmarking service Instapaper has gone independent again, splitting from it current owner, Pinterest. The ownership transfer will be completed on August 6.
Following the 31 hour outage that took place on Tuesday, limited access to Instapaper archives had been restored the following day. Full access is expected to return by Friday, February 17th.
