Apple's display suppliers are said to be facing production issues and the problem is expected to cause a few weeks of delay to the release of the 12.9-inch iPad Pro from its target date of May 21.

Apple will reportedly be launching a new iPad Pro model with a mini-LED backlit LCD display. It has reportedly also got another supplier on board, leading to increased supply and recuded costs.
In line with earlier rumors, Apple is reportedly set to introduce a new 12.9-inch iPad Pro device in Q3 2020 and a 16-inch MacBook Pro model in Q4 2020 that sport the mini LED display technology.
