The Jolla phone is now available in India - exclusively through Snapdeal.com - for Rs.16,499, offering a dual-core Snapdragon 400, 1GB RAM, 8MP camera and a 4.5-inch 960x540px display.
The Jolla smartphone created by ex-Nokia employees who worked on the Maemo/Meego operating system and the Nokia N9, will soon be launching in India through a local e-commerce partner.
After launching in September at €399, Jolla has reduced the price of its Sailfish OS device to €349. The handset runs a Linux-based OS and is said to be the spiritual successor the Nokia N9.
