Microsoft has now published details about an Outlook bug that has been troubling users as they are unable to open links in their email. The issue is a result of recent Office security hardening.
Microsoft has fixed an issue in Outlook where certain URLs attached with hyperlinks would not open and display certain error messages. This started happening with the latest July security updates.
