Windows 11 and 10 users right now may be unable to record, playback, or capture videos at the moment, when using the WVC1 codec. Microsoft has confirmed it is a known issue and recommends a rollback.
Windows 11 Patch Tuesday for July has so far delivered multiple improvements like dynamic Safe OS updates for fixing secure boot flaw, among others. The mouse stutter issue has been fixed too.
The 22621.1928 build version of the Windows 11 non-security release preview enabled a lot of the new features and enhancements that were released gradually with the Moment 3 update.
