Microsoft has started rolling out the latest Windows 11 23H2 non-security update under KB5044380, along with Windows 11 Enterprise and Education Version 22H2.
If you are a Windows Insider with Windows 11 23H2 in the Release Preview Channel, some previously announced features will show up a bit later.
