The UK's Civil Aviation Authority is consulting on a new license which will see drone operators pay an annual fee of £16.50. New EU rules require member states to keep a list of drone operators.

The leader of the UK Labour Party, Jeremy Corbyn, is set to announce his proposal to tax big tech companies to help fund the BBC. This extra income will reduce the television license fee for the poor.
UK iPlayer viewers will now be required to purchase a TV license in order to use iPlayer, in any capacity. The fee will set users back £145.50 per year, and is expected to heavily impact young people.
