A new report claims that Apple may not include LiDAR technology in some of its upcoming iPhones after all. The depth measurement capability may only be reserved for the more premium iPhone 13 models.

Apple has updated Clips to version 3.1 with a new feature called AR Spaces that scans a space using the LiDAR Scanner on the iPhone 12 Pro and Pro Max as well as the 4th and 5th-gen iPad Pro models.
