Microsoft-owned LinkedIn has announced that the business-themed social network will lay off an additional 668 team members this year, after previously cutting 716 workers in earlier in 2023.

The LinkedIn layoffs specificially hit the recruitment division of the business-themed social network. Specific numbers or percentages of workers affected by the layoffs were not revealed.
In a late-night email to employees yesterday, LinkedIn CEO Ryan Roslansky informed that the company is laying off 960 employees across the Sales and Talent Acquisition organizations.
