Linux Mint 21.3 Edge has been released. With this ISO, you get the newer Linux 6.5 kernel which has better support for newer hardware. You should only use it if the main version doesn't work.

Linux Lite 6.4, a lightweight distribution, has been released. It features WebP support in the Thunar file manager and ZTSD compression but it does ship with a slightly older Linux kernel.

Latest testing using Ubuntu 22.04 LTS based on Linux kernel 5.15 shows AMD Ryzen 4000 Renoir APUs get solid gains on the new OS when compared against older Ubuntu 20.04.4 that was built on 5.15.
Linus Torvalds is not at all a fan of GitHub merges as he revealed recently in a response to a pull request. Torvalds thinks GitHub is mostly "fine", "but merges is not one of those things".
