Canonical has released Ubuntu 20.04.4 LTS. It includes a newer hardware enablement stack so you can run Ubuntu on the latest hardware. People will be upgraded to this release by applying updates.

Greg Kroah-Hartman, a leading Linux kernel maintainer, has announced that Linux 5.10 will be the next Long-Term Support release. Due in December, it should get updates until December 2026.
Canonical has released Ubuntu 18.04.1. If you're running 18.04 already, just apply available updates to move up to 18.04.1. If you're on Ubuntu 16.04, you can now upgrade to Ubuntu 18.04.1 too.
