Maluuba, the AI research company Microsoft acquired earlier this year, has made an interesting breakthrough by developing an AI that beat the classic game "Ms. Pac-Man" on an Atari 2600.

In an interview, the Microsoft CEO talked about how companies should enable employees by use of Artificial Intelligence and not 'replace them'. He also spoke of cloud concerns ahead of WEF in Davos.
Microsoft continues to expand its AI research efforts through Maluuba, which seeks to develop "literate" machines. Deep learning expert Yoshua Bengio will retain an advisory role in the transition.
