Canonical has released Ubuntu 23.10 Mantic Minotaur. It comes with a new App Center that will help you find new apps more easily. It also comes with some security enhancements that involve TPM.

Ubuntu 23.10 will feature enhanced tiling capabilities, allowing users to easily snap windows to the four corners, as well as horizontally and vertically. This feature could improve productivity.
Canonical has decided on Mantic Minotaur for the Ubuntu 23.10 codename. It's expected to be released for download on 12th October with a beta landing on 21st September for the discovery of bugs.
