A now-deleted tweet from a reputable hardware leaker has revealed that Intel is already aware of Windows 12, and the release of Microsoft's next-gen operating system may happen in late 2024.
Only a couple of days since the leak of alleged LGA2551 socket for Intel Meteor Lake-S, a new report suggests a corrected LGA1851 socket for the same, though the report adds that 2551 also exists.
References to 14th Gen Intel Meteor Lake architecture and its variants have begun to surface inside the company's software. So far, it's been confirmed to be using Intel's in-house "Intel 4" process.
