Intel VP Michelle Johnston Holthaus confirmed that desktop PCs will be sold with the company's upcoming Meteor Lake CPUs sometime in 2024, after debuting in laptop PCs in December.
The new Intel Meteor Lake CPU will come with a new VPU designed to be used by AI apps, along with an integrated Intel Arc graphics chip with features like DX12 Ultimate, ray tracing, and more.
During Intel's quarterly financial conference call, the company's CEO CEO Pat Gelsinger stated that its next-gen Meteor Lake CPUs are due out in the second half of 2023, but it may be for notebooks.
