The PC version of the Xbox Game Pass subscription is gaining Mojang Studios' major hit Minecraft. The console variant has had the game for years now, and PC members are joining in later this year.

Mojang has announced that the PlayStation 4 version of Minecraft is finally being updated to the Bedrock version, enabling cross-play with other platforms and access to the Minecraft Marketplace.
Minecraft Bedrock Edition could finally be coming to PlayStation 4 according to several leaks that have happened recently. This would mean cross-play with PC, Xbox One, Switch, and mobile users.
Sony isn't open to cross-play, but Nintendo and Microsoft are all for it. Nintendo announced the Better Together update for the Switch that will allow players on the Xbox and Switch to play together.
Only Minecraft's Bedrock Engine-based platforms, the PC Java Edition, and the PlayStation 4 Edition will continue to receive new updates following the upcoming aquatic themed content drop.
