According to a report by Bloomberg, several Hollywood movie studios are in talks with Apple and Comcast to launch a premium movie rental service where films may release just two weeks after theaters.

Google is now offering 50% off any one movie rental, which would make it a great time to catch up on classics or summer flops. The promotion expires in October and is valid in the US, CA and AU.
