A few days after going live for UK Lumia owners, Nokia has now opened up its premium Nokia Music+ service for the US, giving owners of Lumia phones an unlimited streaming music service for $4 a month.

The UK is apparently the first country to get the new Nokia Music+, an upgraded paid version of the Lumia-exclusive Windows Phone music streaming and download service.
