Microsoft has introduced the easiest way to access the Outlook calendar on a Mac. However, there are some limitations to the new functionality. If you don't like it, you can turn it off from Settings.

Microsoft announced the rollout of a new My Day pane that lets users access Calendar and To Do from within the Outlook tab. It also allows users to drag and drop emails for creating tasks and events.
