Earlier this month, hundreds of users reported that their Xbox Live Rewards' MyVIP star rank had been reduced due to some glitch. Microsoft's "Major Nelson" has now taken notice of this issue.
Apparently, the "star rank" of many members in Microsoft's MyVIP program has been reduced to 0. The company has also changed the program's eligibility criteria without informing its users.
