Microsoft's cloud storage solution OneDrive is currently in the middle of a major issue but only for certain people. The service's shared folders have suddenly become internet shortcuts.
Several customers are adversely affected due to the recent change Microsoft has introduced with its Microsoft 365 Storage quota policy wherein 5GB OneDrive storage now includes Outlook attachments.
