While a number of former flagship smartphones from Samsung have received updates to Android 8.0 Oreo during the course of this year, the company is now giving some update love to other handset series.

Asus has updated its midrange Zenfone 3 Deluxe variant to Android Oreo. This is the second major update delivered to the device after it received an update from Marshmallow to Nougat last year.
It had already received its first major upgrade to Oreo at the end of December. Now less than two months later 8.1 is being rolled out which gives lucky owners realtime views on Wi-Fi speeds.
Samsung has explained why it halted the Android Oreo update rollout to the Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ devices, stating that an existing bug is causing the devices to reboot unexpectedly.
A Senior "MotoAgent" responded to a user request for clarification if Oreo was indeed rolling out for the Moto X4 due to conflicting reports. The update is indeed making its way to those devices.
Since the beginning of November there have been at least three Android 8.0 betas for the Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8+ tested by brits in the UK. Now a forth beta is rolling out to address major bugs.
Several users have complained on Reddit and Google forums that after upgrading to Android 8.1, the multi-touch feature starts acting weird when playing games or while performing other tasks.
