Microsoft has revealed that its Outlook Lite email client for Android devices now supports SMS, allowing its users to send and receive SMS messages from within the email Android app.
Microsoft has announced that its Outlook Lite app made for low-end Android devices, has exceeded 5 million downloads since it launched in August 2022. The app is now available worldwide.
Microsoft launched the Outlook Lite app in select few countries last year. However, the company has not launched any major feature since then. This is all set to change in the next few months.
