Overkill Software has announced it is working with Valve on a new project that will be, in the developer's words, " a very cool blend of PAYDAY and Left 4 Dead."
Starbreeze has announced it has acquired Overkill Software, developers of 2011's shooter Payday: The Heist, with a sequel to that game in the works along with three other games.
