It looks like Windows 11 is getting a new stock app, at least in some regions. Microsoft is now publicly testing a Windows 11 build where the PC Manager app comes bundled with the OS.

Microsoft recently published in the Store its official app for optimizing and boosting performance in Windows 10 and 11. However, it also contains some odd stuff and questionable features.
Similar to CCleaner or Wise Care 365, Microsoft PC Manager can accelerate your PC's performance, declutter disk space, manage startup programs, control running processes, block pop-ups, and much more.
