A new version of the contact management app has rolled out to all users, with changes to search functionality, UI design, and other modifications. It also includes the usual bug fixes and tweaks.
Microsoft has kept quiet on Project NEON, its upcoming UI refinement due in September. That said, we have gotten a glimpse of it previously in Groove Music, Movies & TV, and now in the People app.
Microsoft has updated the UI of the People and Messaging + Skype apps in Windows 10 and Windows 10 Mobile. Additionally, it has introduced support for animated emoji in instant messages.
In the latest release of Windows 10, Microsoft has included an updated People app and by removing a few lines of text, you can get the app to open - but it is still very much a work in progress.
