Google has accidentally launched an internal "dogfood" build of its Personal Safety app via the Play Store, which contains a new feature that allows users to use their Pixel phones as a dashcam.

The app allows people to share their location with a user-defined list of contacts as well as request it from others. It is free on Android or via desktop browsers, and will be coming to iOS.
