The first rollout of the new Xbox One experience will begin later today, for select members of the Xbox One Preview Program. The update will be made available to more users over the coming weeks.

For those that have been waiting, the time has finally come: Windows 10 arrives on the Xbox One. At 6pm PST, Microsoft will push the update to those in the Xbox Preview program.
Microsoft said on May 1 that 3.7m people had signed up to its Windows Insider program, but today, it says that that's increased to 3.9m, which means another 200,000 people are now testing Windows 10.
Microsoft has some goodies for Xbox 360 owners. who now get their own Preview program for pre-release OS updates. They can also reserve Xbox One Games with Gold even if they don't own a new console.
As part of the preview wave for the February update, Microsoft has released new firmware for its controllers. These bring some speed and stability improvements but will require separate updates.
