ZTE launched a Kickstarter campaign for its Hawkeye crowd-sourced phone earlier this month at CES. The campaign isn't going well, and the company is now apologizing for its mistakes.
A couple weeks ago at CES 2017, ZTE announced that the name of its crowd-sourced 'Project CSX' phone would be called Hawkeye. Today, the company has released a spec sheet for the handset.
After announcing Project CSX back in November, ZTE today said that it will be calling its 'crowd-named' phone Hawkeye, and it will also be launching a Kickstarter campaign beginning today.
Having crowdsourced ideas for its new flagship-class phone, ZTE has selected a winning design, which it says it will build next year - but the company now wants your help choosing a name for it.
