According to a number of different reports, Sony's upgraded console, the so-called PlayStation 4.5 Neo, will finally be unveiled at the start of September, with dev kits going out to partners.

Following growing rumors of a possible 'PS 4.5' Xbox head Phil Spencer has dismissed the idea of an 'Xbox 1.5' stating that if "we're going to move forward, I want to move forward in big numbers."
