Razer's CEO has told Neowin that sales of the Razer Edge and Edge Pro tablets have been "way better than we expected" but there are no plans to update the hardware inside the Windows 8 tablets.

Razer stopped taking pre-orders for the Windows 8 Razer Edge Pro tablet soon after it began in March and there's no word on when sales will start again. The cheaper Razer Edge is also not for sale.
Razer has halted pre-orders of its higher end Razer Edge Pro Windows 8 tablet, saying that the sales numbers have depleted the company's manufacturing capacity "for months to come"
