Display driver issues are a pretty common occurrence and it looks like Nvidia's latest Windows driver, which is WHQL-signed, is affected. The new driver is apparently causing display flickering.

A recent Linux kernel update version 5.19.12 is creating havoc in the Linux community. The update is messing up things in Intel's graphics driver and it can even lead to screen damage, warns engineer.
According to its support page, Google will push an update to the Pixel 6 Pro in December that will fix the screen flickering issue users experienced while slightly pushing the power button.
